These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Move Tonight (“Move Tonight,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Move Tonight website at movetonight.vegas, our app, and our text-message program (together, the “Service”). By using the Service or providing your mobile number, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for adults of legal age (21+) for the nightlife venues we serve. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 21 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Venues enforce their own age and entry requirements.
Move Tonight is a nightlife guest-list and reservation service that helps you discover venues and submit guest-list or bottle-service requests. We are an intermediary, not the venue. Venues and promoters independently control admission, capacity, pricing, comps, dress code, and all on-site decisions. A request you submit through Move Tonight is a request only and is not a guarantee of entry, a table, a price, or any comp. We do not control and are not responsible for the events, venues, or the conduct of venues, promoters, or other guests.
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your number and for keeping access to your device secure. You confirm that you are the account holder for the number you provide, and you agree to provide accurate information.
Guest-list and table availability is limited and may change or sell out. Lists may close early due to capacity, and arriving after a list closes or after stated times may mean you are not admitted. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to use the Service. Any bottle-service or table arrangement, including minimums, deposits, and payment, is between you and the venue; Move Tonight is not the merchant of record and does not process those payments unless expressly stated at the time of booking.

The Service references and connects you with third-party venues and promoters. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, admission decisions, pricing, safety, or the quality of any event. Your interactions with them are solely between you and them.
The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by Move Tonight or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
If you submit content or feedback (for example, profile details or suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you provide and represent that you have the right to provide it.
Through our text-message program we send: (1) one-time login verification codes; (2) transactional updates about a guest-list or table request you submit (confirmation, door check-in details, dress code); and (3) event updates and offers for users who opt in.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any request will result in admission or a reservation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move Tonight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Move Tonight harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly — please first contact us at support@movetonight.vegas and allow 30 days to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot, you and Move Tonight agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Move Tonight waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us at support@movetonight.vegas with your request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Move Tonight regarding the Service. We may assign these Terms; you may not. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
